Stay-at-home Dad에 대한 생각

I think fathers must take care of their children. But it doesn’t mean that they have to do alone.
Both parents need to take care of their children as much as they can and It is outdated idea that mothers only have to be in charge of household chores include taking care of their children.

Unlike in the past, where domestic work was considered to be only mother’s job, now both parents have to do together. Because kids can learn something new from their fathers as well as from their mothers.

One study from UK found that fathers who do housework raise more aspirational daughters, and another study suggest that the daughters who have not received enough attention and love from their father when they was young will find a man with a big age difference who can fill the absence of their father when they are grown up and they completely depend on the man even if he is a bad man.

Children are entirely the responsibility of both father and mother. They have to take the responsibility for their children until they are grown up.

In conclusion, I think both parents have to take care of their children. Because It’s not only the mother’s responsibility, but also the father’s responsibility.

저는 아버지가 아이를 양육하는 것에 찬성합니다. 아버지만 양육을 해야 한다는 말이 아닙니다.
양 부모 모두 다 그들이 할 수 있는 한 최선을 다해 아이의 양육에 힘써야 합니다.
아이를 돌보는 것을 포함해 집안의 일들을 어머니만 해야 한다는 건 매우 고리타분한 사고방식입니다. 어머니의 일임이 당연하게 여겨졌던 예전과는 다르게 현대사회에서는 남녀 모두가 가정을 돌봐야합니다. 어머니가 자식들에게 줄 수 있는 것이 있다면, 아버지 또한 자식들에게 줄 수 있는 것이 있기 때문입니다.

영국의 한 연구 결과에 따르면 가사노동을 하는 아버지 밑에서 자란 딸들은 더 열망적인 사람으로 성장한다고 합니다. 또한 한 심리학 연구에서는 어릴 적 아버지의 충분한 사랑과 보살핌을 받지 못한 딸들은 나중에 커서 아버지의 빈자리를 채워줄 나이 차이가 많이 나는 남자를 만나 그들이 나쁜 사람일지라도 완전히 의지하게 된다고 합니다.

아이는 온전히 어머니와 아버지 둘의 책임입니다. 아이가 성인이 되기까지 부모들은 책임을 져야 하며, 이것은 어머니만의 책임이 아니기 때문에 저는 아버지가 어머니와 함께 아이를 양육하는 것이 좋다고 생각합니다.
